A Dallas native, Mr. Taleghani earned his undergraduate degree with high honors from The University of Texas. He went on to graduate from Baylor Law School, where he was recognized as a member of the prestigious Order of Barristers. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2009.
Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Taleghani gained valuable experience handling employment law and personal injury cases, further strengthening his comprehensive litigation background.

Yale Liu serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, technology strategy, and process optimization initiatives. He brings a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen to the organization.
Yale graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Software Engineering. He began his career in management and business intelligence consulting, later specializing in SAP implementations for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries, including consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
After leaving the corporate sector, Yale transitioned into entrepreneurship, where he was involved in building early-stage startups, including one of the first online/mobile food ordering platforms. This experience sharpened his ability to scale operations, streamline workflows, and implement technology-driven solutions.
At the firm, Yale leads operational strategy and has developed proprietary case management software tailored to enhance efficiency, improve client experience, and support the firm’s continued growth.
